Refund Policy

All Sites

• First night deposit paid upon booking non-refundable
• Cancellations/date changes if 48 hours’ notice prior to date of arrival are fully refundable excluding first night which will be held in credit for 3 months
• Within 48 hours anything paid up to 1 week is non-refundable

Chalets

• No refunds only date changes accepted on availability if 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival date is given in which credit will be held for 3 months

    *All credits of deposits will be held for 3 months for those who have given 48 hours’ notice of date change. If credit is not used within 3 months credit will be lost *All cancellations must be advised by phone then in writing, any cancellations not done this way will be charged full amount of stay
